Welcome to Enchanted Park's Support Page. To open a help desk ticket for support with any enchanted parks system, open the sign in page. On the sign in page, If you are an employee with a working MS365 login, use the Microsoft Azure button to sign in. If your MS365 account is not working, or you are not an employee, use the "Don't have an account?" option and create a login to open a ticket.
New Employee Notes:
Received your new account?
If you received an email with your new account username and password, you need to visit https://office.com, login with the username and password from your email, and follow the instructions to setup your account.
New MS account is setup, now what?
Your new MS account is available for use immediately. You may use the web version of Outlook or any of the Office apps.
Can I use MS Office apps installed to my Windows desktop?
Only salaried, full time employees receive an E3 license to use desktop apps. Everyone else receives an E1 license with only web app access to MS Office apps.
Email backups?
Each employee will be responsible for backing up and keeping a copy of their own emails. If you have Outlook desktop client you should export your emails to a .pst file saved to your local computer. If you have web only access to your emails, open a ticket for help.
File transfers?
Each employee has access to Teams and to a personal OneDrive account for Enchanted Parks, and should copy personal files into OneDrive folders. Files that are shared with other users should be moved into Teams.
Trouble setting up your new account?
If you are on a computer that is already logged into another Microsoft account, open a web browser with incognito or inprivate window to open office.com to setup your account.
